For shipping convenience, certain sizes may be folded and packed in a durable box. As a result, some creasing may occur. However, please be assured that these initial creases are normal and will naturally disappear within a few weeks. To expedite this process, we recommend cross rolling the rug against the creases to eliminate any bumps.
